Job description

Within the framework of the policy defined with the general management, the Sales Manager ensures the relationship and support of the direct and indirect sales forces. They provide support throughout the sales cycle to resellers and ensure compliance with the sales policy and resale contracts.

As such, they establish relationships of trust with prescribers and identify areas for business development. In addition, they are the main business contact for the Government of Monaco.

With their experience, they manage the catalogue of services and are responsible for Monaco Cloud's offer and value proposition. They are also involved, with the General Management, in choosing partners.

 

Key responsibilities

Participating in sales operations and the acquisition of new clients.

  • Leading the indirect sales network and managing the performance of the various resellers.
  • Developing action plans to improve results and the quality of services.
  • Maintaining a network of PaaS and SaaS providers and managing the product/innovation pipeline.

Being the entry point for publishers who are candidates to integrate the Monaco Cloud marketplace.

  • Coordinating feedback from the entire sales force and resellers.
  • Negotiating with the publisher/integrator and proposing the cost/income sharing model.
  • Detecting training requirements and leading sessions with salespeople.
  • Managing the relationship with resellers, demonstrating the value of commercial offers and
  • implementing sales growth actions within their scope of activity.
  • Offering point of sale operations (merchandising, communications, promotions).
  • Building regular activity reporting and follow-up of sales forecasts by entity.

 

Required profile

  • You must be familiar with the client approach, the reseller channel and "time to market".
  • You must have technical and commercial experience with Cloud products.
  • You must be independent and have the ability to work across the board.
  • You must be persuasive and have the ability to adapt.
  • You must have knowledge of your market and monitor products.
  • You must have good communication skills, in French and English.
